Buying a Yorkie

Are you willing to take care of a yorkie? It’s sometimes almost like having a new baby and they require attention, love, and care. You should be willing to give up some of your time for your yorkie. Do your research on Yorkies, make sure there the right dog for you and your lifestyle.

The price range for a yorkie is around $1,000 +

When you go to buy a yorkie, the ones that come to you are usually more playful, and sometimes more high per. The ones that stay set and lay down will be more of a calm, easy going dog. So when your thinking of taking your pick of the litter, then look at them now, and see what they will be like in the long run.
A good breeder will wait till the puppies are 10-12 weeks before selling them. The pups still need to be with there mother till that age.

Ask the breeder questions such as the papers, shots, how they do housed, personalities, and other question you are wondering about. They should be able to answer any question you have.

Do not buy from the internet! It could be risky because you want to buy a dog that you’ve met and picked him among all the other dogs because of his/her personalities, and get to know the breeder.

Don’t just go to one breeder and buy, look at lots of breeders choose your favorite and see which breeder has the most knowledge, information, and experience. And don’t get caught in a breeders trap. Don’t let them fake you out by lying, exaggerating, and making them seem like there Yorkies are the best. Make sure they’re not fooling you in any way. And a good breeder will not try to force you into buying one of there dogs.
